Each specialist must be exceptional and pass a strict background check and screening process designed to measure subject matter expertise, professionalism, and communication skills. The full screening process takes between 3 to 8 weeks to complete. Specialists are perfectly matched with each child, and must always maintain a track record of continued excellence for every family.
